CHICAGO, IL – Waterton, a U.S. real estate investor and
operator, announced it has been appointed manager of The Aloft Beachwood, a 135-key hotel in Beachwood, Ohio –
approximately 12 miles east of downtown Cleveland. The management agreement is
the first between Waterton and the hotel’s owner, Boutique Hotel LP, which
built the property in 2013.
