 ORLANDO, FL--- The NAI Realvest broker team of Jeff Tanner and Kim Manson recently negotiated a long-term lease agreement at The Fountains at Bay Hill located at the corner of Sand Lake Road and Dr. Phillips Parkway in Southwest Orlando

Tanner and Manson represented the tenant, Steak on Fire, a fast casual Brazilian steakhouse that leased 2,050 square feet at the upscale retail center.
