ATLANTA, GA, April 20,
2016 – Two veteran industrial real estate professionals, announced today that
they will be joining Core5 Industrial Partners, a real estate property company
focused on development and acquisition of Class A industrial properties.
James Gaddy
joins Core5 as Senior Vice President and Managing Director after spending 20
years in the industrial real estate field.
His chief focus will be business
development and capital deployment for all major distribution markets outside
the Southeastern United States, including land acquisition, entitlement and
development, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities.

Also recent to Core5 is Rodney Davidson, a 25+ year real estate
veteran who joins the team as Vice President Investments to lead marketing,
leasing and property management efforts for speculative buildings and
build-to-suit projects throughout the Southeastern US.
Rodney will focus on
marketing, leasing and property management oversight, including procurement and
management of third party broker and property management relationships.
