equates to $38,922 per room.
Miami Beach based GLT Group Brokerage
represented the buyer, an out of state private individual. Built in 1989, the
hotel is a 6-story, 167 room fully service hotel located on Salisbury Road, in
proximity to Southpoint Corporate Park, Chamberlain College of Nursing and ITT
Technical Institute Jacksonville Campus.
The buyer is planning significant renovation
plan to reposition the hotel.
