JUPITER, FL -- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a commercial

agreement at Pennock Business Center, 711 Commerce Way in Jupiter.

Outdoor Kitchens leased Unit 11 with 1,500 square feet of showroom/warehouse
space.

for the owner, increasing occupancy from 80 to 100 percent.
