SANTA MONICA, CA – Stepp

Angeles, has named Jay Levine as
associate of investment sales. In this role, he will focus on apartment
investment sales transactions within the City of West Hollywood as well as
other prime Westside locations.

Levine was previously an executive producer in
the music industry where he was responsible for numerous multi-million dollar
deals. He also worked as a consultant with the chairman of both Warner Music
Group and Columbia Records.
