TAMPA, FL, April 26, 2016 – Wendover Housing Partners, a
privately held real estate development, investment and management company,
today announces the opening of its first affordable senior community in Tampa, Haley Park Apartments.
The new property is a
member of the prestigious collection of properties in Florida built and managed

With monthly rent from $605 to $720, Haley Park’s
apartments are priced far below Florida’s average range of $1,176 to $1,657.
