RALEIGH, N.C. (May 17,
2016) — Lincoln Harris’ Raleigh office has arranged two leases at an office
building located at 801 Jones Franklin Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Only
one vacant suite remains at the building.
Kaler Walker and John Mikels of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord, True
North Management Group, in the transactions. Additional information is below:
· Stantec Inc., an international
professional services company in the design and consulting industry, signed a
5,010-square-foot lease expansion to occupy a total of 32,240 square feet. Ryan Lawrence and Caitlyn Kinnaird of
JLL represented the tenant. This is the company’s second expansion within the
building in 10 months.
· Sunbird Inc., a data center management
service company, signed a new 4,512-square-foot lease.
801 Jones Franklin Road is
a 69,394-square-foot three-story office building located at the Interchange
Plaza Office Park in the heart of the Research Triangle. The remaining vacant
suite totals 7,643 square feet, and is move-in ready.
