West represented Landlord
RREF Interchange-FL Primera I, LLC of Daytona Beach in lease agreements with
Southeast Law Group, P.A. and Alkan Mortgage Corporation dba Certified Mortgage
Planners of Florida.
Southeast Law expanded
from 1,380 to 2,670 square feet. Alkan Mortgage
signed a new lease for 2,670 square feet.
