BEACH, Fla., July 8, 2016— Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), a lodging real
estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in upscale, extended-stay hotels
and premium-branded, select-service hotels and owns 133 hotels wholly or
through joint ventures, today announced that its board of trustees has declared
a monthly common share dividend of $0.11 for July 2016.
The common dividend is payable August 26,
2016, to shareholders of record on July 29, 2016.
