162,996 square feet of gross leasable area and includes several major tenants:
Publix, TJ Maxx, Anytime Fitness and a shadow Target.
Jim Michalak and Mike Cvetetic of Plaza Advisors represented the seller in
the transaction. The seller and buyer were Kimco Realty and Publix Super
Markets, respectively.
