ATLANTA, GA– Lincoln Property Company
Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered a new 3,837-square-foot lease for Sherman
& Phalen, P.C., at 1165 Northchase Parkway in northwest metro Atlanta.
George Gwaltney and Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the landlord, JP Partners, in
the transaction, and Rich Wedekind
with Perimeter Brokers, Inc., represented the tenant.
