Realvest recently negotiated two lease agreements for professional office space
in Building A of La Vina Marketplace, 9145 Narcoossee Rd. in the Lake Nona area
of Southeast Orlando.
Mary Frances West, CCIM Vice President at NAI Realvest negotiated the leases
representing the landlord Orlando-based Ripley’s International, LLC.
WS Corporate Solutions,
Inc., a staffing company, leased 1,610 rentable square feet in Suite A-208 at
La Vina and was represented in the transaction by Celso Pedrosa of La Rosa
Realty.
Suite A-204 with 1,306
rentable square feet was leased at La Vina Marketplace by Select Physical
Therapy Holdings, Inc. Jeff York of
York Property Company and Jason Blank with Jackson Cross Partners, LLC in King
of Prussia, PA represented the tenant.
