Crossman & Co. Selected to Lease and Manage City Lake Pointe on International Drive in Orlando, FL

Orlando, Fla. --- Crossman & Company, one of the largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms in the Southeast, has been named exclusive broker to lease and manage City Lake Pointe, a 60,000 square foot, mixed-use property located on International Drive.

Christie Alexander, director of brokerage services, and Thomas Bolen, business development specialist, are responsible for leasing on-site retail, restaurant, and office space.

NAI Realvest Negotiates New Leases for warehouse / flex space -- 5,000 square feet in Fern Park, FL and 21,800 Square Feet in Sanford, FL

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a two lease agreements for office-warehouse space totaling 26,800 rentable square feet in Fern Park and Sanford.  

Paul P. Partyka, partner and associate Juan Jimenez, negotiated a lease for the 5,000 square foot free-standing building at 244 O’Brien Rd. in Fern Park representing the Oviedo-based landlord, Lawrence W. Carroll, Jr. Family Trust.      Precision Door Service of Orlando leased the space which includes 2,000 square feet of office space.  Rossiter Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest and Associate Patty Nolff negotiated a lease renewal with Shred-It USA, LLC for the 21,804 square feet it occupies in suites 1000 and 1006 of Monroe CommerCenter North, 4200 Church St.   Heidrich and Nolff represented the landlord The Realty Associates Fund X, LP of Boston.  The tenant was represented by David Murphy of CBRE.

Maury L. Carter & Associates Closes $9.75 Million on 2.761 Acres in January 2016

ORLANDO, FL -- Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. announces the following recent transactions including over 2,761 acres and $9,750,000 in transactions for the first month of 2016 alone.

Greg Rebman of KR Properties (Orlando) as well as Daryl M. Carter and John Evans of Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 1,315 acres on SR 219 in Alachua County, Florida. The 1,315 acres were sold to RGS Realty, LLC for $4,850,000 cash. Jay Ziv with Avison Young represented the buyer.

John Evans with Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of approximately 37 acres on CR 558 in Sumter County, Florida. The property was sold to RSM Farms for $185,000 cash.

Providence Ranch, LLC sold approximately 1,076 acres on the north side of SR 44 in Sumter County, Florida for $4,500,000 cash. Daryl M. Carter and John Evans with Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. handled the transaction.

John Evans and Daryl M. Carter with Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. represented Deep Creek Ranch, Inc. et al in the $435,000 sale of 105 acres on Lake Winona Rd in Volusia County, Florida. The buyer took title as Asset Preservation, Inc. and Oak Grove Ranch.

Daryl M. Carter, Trustee of Carter-Lake 160 Number 2 Road Land Trust, purchased approximately 160 acres on Number 2 Road in Lake County, Florida. The property was acquired from Karst, Inc. for $800,000 cash.

The .45 acre parcel was acquired from Douglas Hunter for $1,000,000 cash. Carter-Crossman Investments, Ltd. has multiple holdings in the Lake Ivanhoe/Alden/Brookhaven area.

Daryl M. Carter, Trustee of Carter-Orange 45 SR 429 Land Trust, sold approximately 19 acres on New Independence Pkwy in Orange County, Florida. The 19 acres were sold to Hamlin Retail Partnership West, LLC for $4,641,600 cash. Daryl M. Carter with Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. represented the seller, and BTS Realty Corporation represented the buyer.
  
Daryl M. Carter, Trustee of Carter-OCC Land Trust, sold approximately 4.45 acres on the corner of Goldenrod Rd and Hoffner Ave in Orange County, Florida. The property was sold to IP II Orlando, LLC for $1,387,500 cash. Daryl M. Carter with Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. and Andy Hawkins with CNL Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

The 239 acres were acquired from Lake Gentry Landings, LLC for $3,375,000 cash. Ken Baker with Ken Baker Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller.
