Hold-Thyssen completes New Long Term lease with Club Pilate in Newly Redeveloped Orange Avenue Corridor of Winter Park, FL

WINTER PARK, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm based in Winter Park, recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for a pilates studio franchise in the heart of Winter Park at 1222 N. Orange Ave.

Darby Hold, lease consultant for Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Maltabes Family Living Trust.   Billy Rodriguez with BluRock Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Pilates at the Park, LLC d/b/a Club Pilate, leased 3,600 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Ravenous Pig restaurant.   

Club Pilate, which has more than 360 locations in 28 states, was named among 2016’s Top New Franchises by Entrepreneur.
