TAMPA, FL --Plaza Advisors
has brokered the sale of Winn Dixie Plaza located on Dale Mabry Highway in
Tampa, Florida. The total GLA contains 56,097 square feet and included several
national credit inline tenants such as: Moe’s, Scottrade, GameStop and Jimmy Johns.
The occupancy was 100% leased at the time of sale.
Jim Michalak and Mike Cvetetic of Plaza Advisors were the sole brokers on the
assignment.
