HARTLAND, WI – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a

Hartland, Wisconsin, according to Ari Ravi, regional manager of the firm’s
Tampa office.

exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private
investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Michael

transaction.
Hartland Self Storage is
located at 470 E Industrial Drive in Hartland, Wisconsin. Situated on 4.3 acres, 337-unit facility has
excellent access to numerous major thoroughfares in the area, including State
Road 83, State Road 16 and County Road E and many single-family residential
