DeBary, FL --- The
Henin Group, developer of the luxury Riviera Bella community overlooking the
St. Johns River, has closed on the sale of 49 single-family home sites at
Springview Woods in DeBary to homebuilder D.R. Horton.
Springview Woods is
an affordable new home community Henin is developing with a total of 195 home
sites on Spring Vista Drive off U.S. Hwy. 17-92 midway between Dirksen Drive
and Highbanks Rd.
Jerome Henin,
president of the Winter Park-based firm, said he acquired one of the last
parcels of developable land totaling 64 acres in the Springview subdivision for
$3.85 million in 2016 from Springview Heights, LLC.

The 49 homesites
represent Phase I of Springview Woods where D.R. Horton is the preferred
builder who plans to start construction in June on its first model home.
The homebuilder plans
to offer one and two-story homes in six distinct designs priced from the
low-$200s. Sales are expected to get underway this summer.
Springview Woods is
located minutes from the West Volusia SunRail station and Interstate
4. Residents will have easy access to shopping, dining, hospitals,
medical services, airports, entertainment and employment centers.
