Hollywood, FL —
RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily property management company,
has announced the official opening of luxury apartment community CIRC
Residences at Hollywood Circle.
Residents have started
moving into the 386-unit CIRC Residences, which is part of Gold Coast Florida
Regional Center’s Hollywood Circle mixed-use project in downtown Hollywood. The

RKW handles management and leasing for the apartments at CIRC Residences.
