on behalf of the borrower, a partnership between Colorado-based EverWest Real
Estate Investors, LLC and an investment partner, to place the 10-year,
non-recourse loan at a 4.20- percent fixed-rate with a correspondent insurance
company. Additionally, HFF will service the loans.
