ORLANDO, FL, Sept. 12, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap
(NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with
offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Baldwin
Park I & II, a 64,810-square foot Class A two building office portfolio
located in the heart of the Baldwin Park submarket of Orlando, FL, according to
Justin W. West, regional manager of the firm’s Orlando office.
The asset sold for $13,010,000.

the seller, a private investor.
