SAN DIEGO, CA – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international
design firm, announced construction is complete on the redevelopment of the Rancho
Vista Corporate Center located at 16399 West Bernardo Drive in San Diego.
Ware Malcomb provided architecture, interior design and
branding services for the project.
The newly renovated Rancho Vista
Corporate Center, a large amenity-driven corporate campus, includes Class A
office and Research & Development buildings totaling 838,300 square feet on
67.5 acres.
The project included the
renovation of the exteriors, with upgraded landscape and hardscape throughout,
as well as upgrading and adding a host of on-site amenities for tenants.

The corporate campus now includes a remodeled conference
center, courtyard and 15,600 square foot café with an operable glass wall
system, as well as a new indoor workout facility, activity center with
basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor collaboration areas and an outdoor
dining area with a stretched fabric canopy. Ware Malcomb’s Branding Studio
provided signage design services for the project.
A main goal for the project
was to create site and brand identity with a design that emphasized energy
efficiency, with xeriscaping to minimize water use and abundant shaded areas to
allow users to utilize the site amenities.

Vista Corporate Center is Swift Real Estate Partners and the General Contractor
for the project is Level 10 Construction.
