FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Cavache Properties LLC announced that 30 Thirty North Ocean, a chic, urban beach lifestyle condominium project located in the upscale Lauderdale Beach neighborhood has officially topped-off with construction expecting completion date in May 2019.
