Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a real

Financing® loan in Phoenix, AZ.
Zen Senior Living, a
102-unit senior housing facility, received $9M in funding through the Fannie
Mae Green Financing program. The deal comes with a 10-year fixed rate term and
a 30-year amortization schedule.
