NAPLES, FL – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:
MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices
throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of St. Andrews Boulevard Office, a 3,130-square foot office property at 101 St. Andrews Boulevard in
Naples, Fla., according to Ari Ravi, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa
office.

Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the
property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
“We generated three competitive offers and ultimately sold to a cash buyer
that offered a quick closing with no contingencies,” says Jaclyn Blair.

free-standing property with large amounts of parking in Naples. Originally
built in 1973, the property is currently being used as a school. Zoning allows
