DALLAS, TX –– HFF
announced it has expanded its retail investment advisory team with
the addition of Chris Gerard as a senior managing director in its Dallas
office. Mr. Gerard will focus on retail investment advisory transactions
in the Dallas area and throughout the southwestern United States.
Mr. Gerard has more than 15 years of experience in the retail
investment advisory sector of the commercial real estate industry. He
joins HFF from CBRE, where he was a senior vice president within their National
Retail Partners Group.

Prior thereto, Mr. Gerard was a member of Archon
Group’s acquisitions and development team.
He is an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI)
and The Real Estate Council (TREC).
Mr. Gerard holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
