recently completed a multi-year lease agreement at Airport Business Center
at the intersection of Semoran Blvd. and Hoffner Ave. (CR 15) north of Orlando

Airport Business Center , negotiated the transactions on behalf of the

The tenant leasing 2,376 square feet of office space at 5852
S. Semoran Blvd. is UEP, Inc. a professional photography and video
production company specializing in performance photography.
Tenant relocated from a smaller space on Sandscove Ct. in
Winter Park to the more visible location, nearly doubling former space to
expand its operations.
