Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez Adds Alicia Morales-Fernandez as New Partner in Miami, FL

Miami, FL –Miami law firm Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez (RVMR) made a significant addition to its renowned real estate practice with the arrival of new Partner Alicia Morales-Fernandez. She joins a prolific group of transactional attorneys servicing clients across all real estate sectors.

Morales-Fernandez brings more than three decades of experience to RVMR. She has a broad knowledge of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and residential development, commercial leasing, financing and general corporate work. 

Morales-Fernandez has worked extensively on complex real estate transactions, representing national and local developers and domestic and foreign investors in the acquisition, ownership and operation of retail centers, office buildings, residential and mixed-use condominiums, hotels and vacant land and has significant experience with real estate joint venture and equity investment agreements.

Earlier this year, Morales-Fernandez became President-Elect of influential commercial real estate organization CREW Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Morales-Fernandez has coordinated, supervised and closed acquisitions of large land assemblages and coordinated and closed on numerous multi-state transactions. 

She typically handles a project from the ground up and has extensive experience in the negotiation of land development documentation, including co-tenancy agreements, easements, restrictive covenant documents, developer agreements, construction contracts and related documentation.

A member of the Florida Bar, Morales-Fernandez earned a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College at Columbia University in New York. She received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
