The
90,328 square foot center is anchored by a high sales volume Winn Dixie. Other
notable tenants include; the United States Post Office, Greenberg Dental, Sally
Beauty, Rainbow, Mariner Finance and Sprint. The asset was 95% occupied at the
time of sale.
The
seller was a Real Estate Investment Trust. An undisclosed private equity group
was the purchaser. Jim Michalak and Keith Nurre, senior analyst,
represented the seller. Plaza Advisors was the sole broker involved in the
transaction.

for Florida retail product, particularly grocery anchored assets, remains
robust," noted Michalak

including strong population growth, a thriving economy and relocating retirees,
continue to drive investment demand and provide a “safe haven” for capital
