“There’s so much activity going on in this market: The ports, the Naval Air Station, the University of North Florida – these all contribute greatly to Jacksonville’s strength,” said Kelly Bush, chief operating officer, SVN First Coast Real Estate Specialists.

“There’s also a lot of expansion taking place, with the Jaguars’ NFL team, concert venues, the St. John’s Town Center and surrounding retail. Industrial properties have more demand right now than supply.”
