New and Established Businesses Locate at Brio Business Center in Sanford, FL as NAI Realvest Completes New Leases

Sanford, FL and Orlando, FL  – NAI Realvest, based in Orlando and one of the leading providers of real estate services in Florida, recently closed on four new leases totaling 7,170 rentable square feet of flex space in the Brio Business Center on W. Airport Blvd. in Sanford . 

 NAI Realvest Associate George Viele negotiated the transactions representing the landlord, Winter Park-based Brio, LLC. 

   

·        Affinity Waste Solutions, Inc. leased 2,000 square feet.  The family owned firm, a veteran operated statewide organization relocated from Oviedo .

·        AC Depot LLC, which sells new A/C systems and components, leased 1,840 square feet and ME & BA Enterprise LLC, providing Internet sales of cosmetics and other products  leased 1,680 square feet. 

·        Kempke’s Music Services, Inc. specializing in music technology and equipment for churches and schools leased 1,650 square feet.    David Hammett of CRE Advisors represented Kempke’s Music.
