ORLANDO, FL -- NAI Realvest
completed three new leases for expanding businesses at Airport Commerce
Center at 8119–8123 S. Orange Ave. off SR 528 and Sand Lake Rd.
Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor,
principals at NAI Realvest who lease and manage the industrial center
negotiated all three transactions representing Landlord Orange Avenue
Properties, LLC an affiliate of
Ohio-based MAS Investment Group.
NEFCO Construction Supply, LLC based in East Hartford , CT ,
leased 8,533 square feet. NEFCO has
multiple locations in the U.S. and is slated to start new Orlando operations by
year end with an initial staff of five.
Seattle-based Devir
Americas, LLC, a
board and card game distributor with locations worldwide, leased 8,533 square
feet to relocate its South Florida location and will initially employ
10. Taylor Zambito of Cushman & Wakefield represented
Devir.
Speedzone Performance, LLC of
Kissimmee is a
performance auto and four-wheel drive accessories business that opened a second
location with three workers in a 3,722 square foot unit at the Airport Commerce
Center .
