located just to the south of the southern entrance to the Ormond Crossings
development that recently broke ground.
The buyer’s second Ace Hardware will be
constructed there within the next several years to serve the 2,700-acre
live/work/play community with 2,900 residential units and 2.46 million square
feet of commercial space at buildout.
