TAMPA, FL -- Plaza Advisors is pleased to
announce the sale of the Cortez Commons Shopping Center, located in Bradenton,
Florida.
The 119,924 square foot plaza is directly across from the highest
volume Walmart Supercenter in southwest Florida, from Bradenton to Naples.
Cortez Commons
features anchor tenants: Big Lots, Tuesday Morning and You Fit. The asset was
88% occupied at the time of sale.
The property tenant roster includes several
medical related entities including; Davita Medical, Greenberg Dental, Hear USA,
Quest Diagnostics and HMP Medical. Other notable tenants are Fantastic Sam’s,
Peach’s Restaurant and Enterprise Car Rental.
The seller was
Wisconsin based MLG Capital Real Estate Investments. The Buyer was an affiliate
of Clover Investment Properties, LLC a privately held real estate development
and investment firm headquartered in Tampa, FL.
