PHOENIX, AZ– The Phoenix office of JLL
announced that leading office market brokers Ryan Timpani and Nick
Bialkowski have joined the full-service commercial real estate firm as
Managing Director and Senior Associate, respectively.
Timpani and Bialkowski will contribute to JLL’s expanding
Phoenix office market coverage, focusing on large-scale office buildings
throughout the Valley with a collective expertise that includes institutional
landlord leasing, land development, investment and build-to-suits.

leasing business as our clients continue to need a partner to advise on the
evolving commercial real estate market,” said JLL Managing Director Pat

An 11-year industry veteran, Timpani joins JLL as Managing
Director, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties.
Timpani is
consistently recognized as a top five producer and is a multiple recipient of
NAIOP Arizona’s Office Broker of the Year award.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing from Arizona State University, is an active member of NAIOP and a
long-time supporter of Brokers for Kids.
