Properties in lease negotiations with six tenants.
They are Apple Recovery
Services Corp., The Centers for Family Change, Quattro Business Services,

Butterfield is a three-story, 214,767-square-foot building located on 10

Suites are still available ranging in size from 600 to 22,000
