JLL announced EōS Fitness has signed a lease for 43,130 feet of
space at Hawaiian Gardens Town Center, a 128,445-square-foot retail
center located at 12090-12144 East Carson Street in Hawaiian
Gardens, California.
Eos Fitness is scheduled to open the new
facility in April of 2021.

75+ locations open or on the way in Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Utah,
and Florida.
The brand has rapidly
become the accessible and affordable choice among gym-goers looking for a high
value fitness experience. The new 43,000 sq ft gym will feature the EōS Fitness
signature amenities.
Hawaiian Gardens Town Center is
ideally located at the corner of Carson Street and Norwalk Boulevard, just east
of the Interstate 605 freeway.
The center is leased to several well-known
tenants including O’Reilly Auto Parts, Kickin Crab, Sally Beauty and El Pollo
Inka.
