 Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP signed a new lease for 21,826 SF in Suite 215.  Johnson Controls began with building sprinkler systems in 1885 and now specialize in a multitude of smart building systems.  They were represented by Andrei Savitski with CBRE.

Chris Sproles 

ADT, LLC renewed their lease of suite 206 with 19,520 SF.  ADT is a national provider of security solutions for both the residential and commercial sector.  They were represented by Chris Sproles with CBRE.
