New York, NY – Arbor Management Acquisition Company (AMAC), a commercial real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Miklius as Vice President, Acquisitions.
Based in
AMAC’s recently opened South East regional office in Atlanta, Miklius will
spearhead the company’s expansion in Georgia, North Florida, North Carolina,
South Carolina, and Tennessee. He will be responsible for sourcing multifamily acquisitions
and development opportunities.
Prior to
joining AMAC, Miklius served as Acquisitions Manager at Fogelman Properties and
as Investment Manager at Cortland Partners, where he oversaw the acquisition
efforts of more than 2,600 units and $450 million across the Atlanta metro
market.

investment across other regions of the country,” Miklius said. “I look forward
to leveraging AMAC’s platform and robust industry relationships further to
expand its multifamily footprint across the southeastern U.S.”
Miklius holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.
