Cox, a recent graduate
of the University of Central Florida with a 4.0 GPA was the recipient of the
university’s Crossman Career Builders Endowed Real Estate Scholarship for the
2020-2021 academic year.
The native of Beijing, China graduated with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance and
Real Estate.
She
recently completed an internship at The Dunhill Companies in Orlando before
moving to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area where she also plans to work in the real estate
industry.

Bryant, who is currently a senior at FSU College of Business, will graduate in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science Real Estate, Double Major in Marketing.
As
a resident of Denver, she doesn’t quality for in-state tuition so the CCB
scholarship was especially helpful, she said.
"Through
networking that I began during my time at FSU, I met people at JLL in Austin,
Texas and was offered a summer internship position. I learned so much about the
commercial real estate industry while I was there. The experience was
truly life changing."
