  WHEATFIELD, NY ---  Richard J. Fisher of Hold-Thyssen, Inc. has completed a $2.2  Million cash sale of the 7,500 square foot Fresenius Medical Care building in Wheatfield, part of the Buffalo, NY MSA. 

 Fisher, Vice president of Investment Services at the full service commercial real estate firm based in Winter Park , Fla. , represented the Germany-based Seller Riester Wheatfield, USA, LLC. 

 

 The Buyer, Mass Mutual Asset Finance, LLC was represented by Rob Youngquist of Avison Young in Minneaplois , MN .

Fresenius Medical Care building, Whitfield, NY

The fully occupied building situated on 2.2 acres at 3909 Forest Park Way in Wheatfield was constructed in 2011.   The buyer will continue a long-term, double net lease with the tenant, Fresenius Kidney Care Wheatfield Renal Center .
