Author Patrick Bet-David Pays $8.6 Million for Two Commercial Buildings in Oakland Park, FL and Fort Lauderdale, FL

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Jaime Sturgis, CEO of Fort Lauderdale- based real estate firm Native Realty, represented entrepreneur and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author Patrick Bet-David on his purchase of commercial buildings in Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale for a combined $8.6 million.

 Bet-David is the founder and CEO of several businesses. His media company, Valuetainment, relocated to South Florida in early 2021.  


Valuetainment is expected to base its new headquarters at the 5100 N. Dixie Hwy. building in Oakland Park. Bet-David closed on the $4.4 million acquisition on Dec. 15. 

 

Prominent interior design firm IDDI (ID & Design International) sold the 12,510-square-foot building to Bet-David. The 1.65-acre property includes a Chase drive-through location with four lanes.
