MINNEAPOLIS, MN – JLL Capital Markets has hired Senior Directors Matt Hazelton and Cory Villaume to specialize in retail investment sales and advisory transactions in Minneapolis-St. Paul and the Midwest.
With a focus on multi-tenant and net-leased
retail sales, Hazelton and Villaume come to JLL from another leading commercial
real estate firm.

Over their careers they have been responsible for nearly $1 billion of retail property dispositions and acquisitions. Their addition to the JLL Capital Markets team in Minneapolis, which is led by Senior Managing Directors David Berglund and Colin Ryan, fills an important gap in retail services for the office.
“The Minneapolis market has seen a tremendous amount of interest from the national investment community and upward pressure on pricing,” Hazelton said.
