Adam
Friedlander as Senior Vice President in Los Angeles. Friedlander will
continue to specialize sale, acquisition and recapitalization of net lease
retail properties throughout the western US.

Prior to joining Beta, Friedlander served as a director with JLL, an international commercial real estate firm.
Throughout his career, he has closed over
$1 billion in transactions comprising more than two million square feet.
Friedlander has assisted in the acquisition and
sale of commercial property for pension fund advisors, RElTs, developers,
private high net worth, family office, 1031 exchange and foreign investors.
