The property, (formerly known as Feltrim
Heights) was acquired by Miami-based Flacks Group who hired Schwartz to act as
a conduit between the owner/developer and all the professionals needed to get
the apartment community up and running.

Miami-based Origin Construction, working with Orlando-based Dave Schmitt
Engineering and Architect Ernesto Gonzales of AIP Design, and property
managers Meadow Wood Property Company of Tampa led by Joseph Rosenwasser.

two-bedroom apartments with amenities typically found at much more expensive
apartment communities.
