IRVINE, CA, April 13, 2022 – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm has announced that construction is complete on the Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic, located at 8875 Aero Drive, in San Diego, California.
Ware
Malcomb provided architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering,
branding and building measurement services for the project.
“The
conversion of an existing building always presents unique challenges, and, in
this case, we were retrofitting a formidable bank vault structure,” said Mary Cheval, Principal for
Ware Malcomb.

Project
construction was led by general contractor Lusardi. Protea Properties.
