Entertainment company acquires 25,420 SF creative studio and office building in Los Angeles, CA for $8.625 million

LOS ANGELES, CA – JLL announced XTR, a premium global nonfiction entertainment studio, has acquired BelleVarado Studios, a 25,420-square-foot freestanding creative studio and office complex located at 601-611 N. Alvarado Street and 2103-2127 Bellevue Avenue in Los Angeles for $8.625 million.

XTR will use the space for its headquarters which includes production and post-production facilities, a sound stage, recording studio and offices.

JLL’s Nicole Mihalka and Caitlyn Ross represented the seller, PAME 22, LLC. XTR was represented by Craig Ekedahl and Julie Spiker of Maisonre.
