Darby Hold, Senior Director for Hold-Thyssen, Inc. who negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord Financial Way Realty, Inc., says the new tenant in Suite 235 at 7575 Dr. Phillips Blvd. is a corporate destination and event management planner with 17+ offices across the U.S.

The new tenant – a  top destination management and event planner for more than 40 years – was represented in the transaction by Debbie Riley with Fannie Hillman. 

 

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. is the leasing and management representative for the 56,000 square foot Phillips Place office building, which is currently ­­­­­92 percent leased.
