Beta Agency brokers $4 million land acquisition in San Luis Obispo, CA

 San Luis Obispo, CA – Beta Agency, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has announced that Rich Development Company has purchased a property located at 1381 San Joaquin Ave in San Luis Obispo, California for $4.16 million.

The subject property consists of 2.94 acres of land and features frontage along the 101 Freeway. The buyer’s development plans for the site were not disclosed at time of sale.
