JLL hires 20-year industrial real estate veteran George Stavaris in North Los Angeles, CA

LOS ANGELES, CA — Meeting the demand of the growing industrial industry in Southern California, JLL announced it has hired 20-year industrial real estate expert George Stavaris as Managing Director. 

 Working out of the firm’s Burbank, California office, Stavaris will continue to specialize in representing owners and occupiers in North Los Angeles, including the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valley markets.

Stavaris joins JLL from Triniti Partners Inc. where he served as cofounder and partner.  Throughout his 20+career in industrial real estate he has secured transactions valued at more than $500 million.  
Stavaris serves as chairman of the board for the San Fernando Valley Financial Development Corporation, a non-profit bank and arm of the SBA that lends money to businesses for working capital and real estate loans. He is also a member of ProVisors, Sherman Oaks 1. 
He also previously served as President of the North Valley Area Planning Commission for the City of Los Angeles under Mayors Riordan, Hahn and Villaraigosa from 1999 to 2006..
